LX Costa Rica’s recently redesigned website was nominated for two Website Quality Certification Awards from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE), a global by-invitation-only network of leading firms and more than 120,000 associates producing over one million real estate transactions annually.
LX was awarded the Website Quality Certification (WQC) in recognition of excellence in website design and function after receiving high marks in a number of critical areas relating to website performance, including usability, design and content, interactivity, customer service and mobile responsiveness.

Among the WQC awarded websites, finalists are nominated and awards are presented in eight categories to winners selected by a panel of independent judges as being the best of the best: Best Overall Website Award, Best Visual Design Award, Best Interactivity Award, Best Property Search Award, Best ILM Process and Response Time Award, Best LeadingRE Representation Award, Most Effective SEO Strategy Award, and Best Mobile Site Award.
LX Costa Rica was nominated as a finalist in two categories: Best Visual Design Award & Best Internet Lead Management Process and Response Time Award. The LX luxury real estate website and service system were noted for exceptional visual elements and sophisticated core design, as well as for having the best practices related to customer service and client respect and Internet Lead Management.
